A simple, boutique-friendly returns policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with PABS Boutique. If something is not quite right, our team will help you with an eligible return or exchange as quickly as possible.

Return Window

Eligible ready-to-wear orders can be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please raise your request as soon as possible so our team can confirm pickup or self-ship instructions.

Eligible Items

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice. Products should be free from perfumes, makeup stains, alterations, and damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized, altered, made-to-measure, intimate-wear, accessories, discounted clearance products, and gift cards are non-returnable unless a defective or incorrect item was delivered.

Exchange Process

If you need a different size or would like to exchange for another item of equal value, contact us with your order number and reason. Exchanges are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection and stock availability is confirmed.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days after the returned parcel is received and inspected. Bank, card, or UPI partners may take additional processing time before the amount reflects in your account.
